Condyle hyperplasia

Hemimandibular hyperplasia is a disregulation of the prechondroblasts layer cells of the mandible condyle. Many studies were done on this pathology which is at the origin of severe facial deformities and malocclusions.  Nowadays researches are carrying out in different directions among them one is particularly important it try to find out the pathology at its beginning in order to avoid larger deformities.
